The curls added to the braids are usually made with human hair. If you prefer to use synthetic hair for personal reasons or style preference, please inform the stylist when booking. Please communicate your preferred colour or style to the stylist in advance. Please note: accessories are available at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings or removal from our client database.
