Service Description
Our Weft Extensions Consultation is a personalised appointment designed to ensure the best results for your hair. During this session, we assess your natural hair, discuss your desired length, volume, and style, and discuss the weft method we use to meet your lifestyle and hair goals. We’ll guide you through colour matching, maintenance expectations, and aftercare, ensuring you feel confident and informed before your installation. This consultation allows us to customise your look while prioritising the health and integrity of your natural hair. A consultation is required prior to booking a weft extensions installation. Installation appointments will be scheduled during your consultation and a booking fee will be required to be paid on the consultation. When you book your consultation please make sure you have provided us correct contact details.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings or removal from our client database.
